    Crystal System...
    Green Jasper has a Trigonal crystal system and is in the mineral class of oxide, the quartz group. Its green color comes from the presence of iron silicate compounds (chlorite, etc.). In basic terms, it is a bloodstone without the red spots.

    If you are expending great amounts of energy trying to improve one part of yourself, you may tend to ignore other parts and create an imbalance. Some individuals can even reach a point where this personal imbalance can cause the collapse of their every day ability to function. Green Jasper can counter this by working as a gentle reminder that the whole is only the result of all the parts.
